  • Administers a matching facade grant program provided by the City of Thomasville to encourage facade restoration.
  • Provides consultations, information, and referrals to new and existing businesses.
  • Publishes a quarterly newsletter to keep members and volunteers informed of events and happenings in downtown Thomasville.
  • Serves as a liaison between business and property owners and the City of Thomasville to find solutions to problems.
  • Provides a Property Listing of downtown properties available for purchase or lease.
  • Aggressively pursues redevelopment of threatened areas or properties through the Thomasville Downtown Development Authority.
