Windscreen method
This image simply demonstrates what your windscreen setup should look like for outdoor recording. It is okay for the windscreen to lightly touch each other. The Shure Brothers A 27 mic bar assembly allows for a wide variety of vertical spacing and will accommodate small mics like the AKG 391's as well as large mics like the Neumann TLM-170i's.
